Spring Break 2021
This trip all started because one day Grace said, "I'd like to see the Hoover Dam!"
then...Allie got into BYU on February 12th so it seemed perfect time to do all the things!
We were able to stop and see the Las Vegas Temple.
Another request from Grace was to go and see the new Raider's Stadium. She LOVES the raiders, so she was so excited. Also, it is a pretty remarkable place. It was a great time!
Oh...she's also IN LOVE with Darren Waller!
Since we were in Vegas, we thought we'd see the strip...what a garbage place that really is. We tried to make the most of it by seeing this fire show and the bellagio water show but truthfully, you just feel gross in that place!
On March 28, 2021 We continued our trip to Utah and drove through the Valley of Fire State Park. It was AWESOME! A definite highlight of the trip was seeing how grand and beautiful it was. We only wished we had more time to spend exploring there.

We made it to Utah and hiked the "Y" and visited the campus!

Another highlight of the trip was spending time with my dear friend DeEtte Englebright and her family.
They live in Midway and have a beautiful home and the kids loved being there with their dog and trampoline!

Another highlight (I know, I have said that a lot), we went to Park City and did some tubing. It is definitely spendy but the fun time was well worth it.
We even spotted a moose!
We spent the day with DeEtte! It was a great day, we did a long hike, went to lunch and got some Suss Cookies! It was a perfect way to end our time with her. We have been friends for over 40 years! I love her so much!
Another highlight...watching the Lamb of God - WOW! So incredible...

General Conference Saturday
Provo City Center Temple
We watched General Conference, which always brings so much peace and then in between sessions we took a walk at the temple quarry. This is the same quarry that they pulled the stone to build the St. George Temple. It was beautiful and really special to think about the time long ago that people sacrificed so much to build that beautiful temple.
