Gracie is Husky of the Month!

This also happened in October but it was so exciting that it deserved its own post!
We have another HUSKY in the house!
This time it was Gracie!
She worked so hard to earn this aware and we are so so proud of her!
The assembly happened to fall on super hero day!  Which was fitting as she is our "Super Hero"!
It was also fun that her friend Katelyn Abbott was the husky of the month too!

October!!

Whew!
October flew by...and it was SO MUCH FUN...but I was exhausted at the end!
It's probably my favorite month of the year!
Gracie played soccer, she was on the Red Ninjas this year.
She played with many sweet friends and of course Scott and Paul Behan coached!
They had a GREAT team...they finished the season 8-1-1.
It was especially fun to watch them learn to work as a team and pass to each other in the last few games of the year!

We did a lot of dress up in preparation of Halloween.
This guy is really starting to use his imagination and it is so fun!

We had our annual tradition of going to the pumpkin patch corn maze.
Unfortunately, the girls lost for a second time in a row. :(
Scott and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary by spending the day with our kiddos at Disneyland!  We missed having Sabrina there but she is living in San Diego with my parents and trying to find a job :)

LOVE the great decorations that Disneyland has during this time of year!

Our princesses with the Disney Princesses!

 Seeing who's strong enough...

The girls had their dance visiting days.
Those are the days that we get a chance to sit in and watch what they have been working on for the past 2 months.

Allie performed with her Theater Group
 I got a job!
We had our ward truck-or-treat and Chili Cook-off!
We got 2nd place for the 3rd year in a row! Haha!
Our Relief Society was in charge of the cake walk!
We love this event...so much fun!

Allie started a ballroom dancing class.
She got her friend McKay to do it with her.
She's enjoying it!
The week of Halloween the girls got to dress up in costumes at dance.
The kids had Red Ribbon Week and this was crazy hair day!
 and...of course...Halloween...
We had the Behans, McElmoyls, Lewis', Luths, Briggs and Hawkes over for pizza and trick-or-treating.
Allie went trick-or-treating with her friends by herself :(  (sad that she is growing up)

A field trip to the Rosa's Dairy

We were able to join some of our friends on a field trip to Rosa's Dairy.
They were able to pet a new baby cow.
They loved it!

They were able to "milk" a fake cow!
