Before we left for Utah we celebrated Easter with Sabrina, Brad and Crew.

It was so fun - we had a ham dinner, dyed eggs and just made memories. We love that they live in town and we can get together for things like this!

CJ was part of the elementary track team.

This is one of my favorite things - I love working with these kids!

CJ was also part of the Leadership team at school

Every other Friday they did an outdoor assembly where he helped hand out awards.

Each family had a white kite that they wrote there family motto on,

ours was "We can do ALL things through Christ"

Spring Break - Utah Style

Left for Utah by way of Las Vegas.

We left early in the morning and drove to Vegas. We are on our way to pick up Allie from BYU. It is not going to be a FUN trip, it will be a work trip. We will have fun along the way. We stayed on the Strip at New York, New York. It was fun - but man - Vegas is a gross place. We tried to make some memories without exposing the kids to too much garbage. We LOVED Shake Shack and we found some great things at the Ross Store on the Strip (LOL!)

This girl.

She LOVES to be involved and I am sooooo grateful for that.

She participated in Science Olympiad this year.

Her event was Bridge Building...they did a great job.

Our old friends, the Hauberts' came to town for Spring Break. Brayden Haubert (on the right) and CJ were best friends in elementary school before they moved to Idaho. When they got in town, Brayden wanted to come with us to watch CJ and Sam play baseball. So we picked him up, it was great - then we went to ice cream afterward.

The Month of Love

February 2022

We have an amazing stake here in Visalia.

Due to COVID, the City of Visalia had decided to cancel the sports leagues leaving a lot of boys 11-12 year old kids without many options for being active. So our amazing stake leaders organized some basketball leagues for the kids to play in. It was a great time and CJ had a lot of fun with his friends.
