May Madness

This for sure is the busiest time of year...with something nearly every night..
our only consolation is that baseball is over and so that frees up 2 - 3 nights a week..
Gracie has been learning and focusing on "debate" in school...this was her debate against her friend Johnathan.  The topic for debate was whether or not you should throw your pizza on the playground! haha...she had to debate that it was best if you "did" throw it on the ground.
She didn't win but a mom friend of mine that was in the classroom watching said that Grace was very convincing that you should throw your pizza on the playground.
Oh, that girl is funny!
The first weekend in May we had the Abbott's kids for the weekend.
Becky and Brett are having baby number 5 and it has been a long, hard pregnancy.
Anyway, we wanted to give them a treat of some time to themselves.
The kids had a blast!
Friday night, we went to the park to play kick ball and then came home, had pizza and watched star wars.
The next morning, we went and watched a friends baseball game.
Allie and Jackson's faces say it all....
After the game we headed to Hanford to bowl,

Then to "The Habit" for lunch.
After lunch, we went to the movies to watch Kung Fu Panda 3...it was so cute the kids had a great day!
When we arrived home, Becky and Brett came to pick up their kiddos!
The next weekend was Father and Son's Campout
This year, they camped at San Simeon State Park *The Beach*
They went up with some friends a day early and had the best time.

While they were camping, the girls and I had some time together.
We got up early and hiked up Rocky Hill.
Later that day we went to lunch and to see the movie "The Jungle Book".
After that we went shopping!
It was a great weekend for all!
And we got this cute picture of our missionary!
