We headed out on summer trip #2 on Sunday, July 28th. We left after church and stopped at my grandparents house for an early dinner with them.

On Monday, July 29th we went with the cousins to the Wild Animal Park in Escondido, CA
There were quite a few baby elephants, which the kids loved!

On Wednesday, July 31st we went to Old Town with my parents, Brandon, Melanie and their kiddos!
We toured around, and came across this old jail
And an old school house
Then we ate dinner at the Cosmopolitan restaurant...it was delicious!

We went to the Mormon battalion and learned about the Mormon soldiers that fought in the war
Gracie got to dress up as a soldier...she was the cutest soldier ever!
Then they panned for gold at the end
We ended the night with free Cold Stone Ice Cream, thanks to my dad's friend that gave us the hook up :)
Beach Days!
My brother Mark's family, camped at the beach, so we enjoyed a day with them and dinner afterwards

It was a sad night, saying goodbye to Brandon, Melanie and the boys. They are moving to Philadelphia and we are going to miss them terribly. I couldn't hold back the tears. Thus, that's why I'm not photographed!
