My last baby girl is now 4! I can't believe it...my heart aches because time keeps on flying by.
She has brought us so much joy...she keeps us on our toes and always laughing with the things she says and does.
I teared up a bit...putting this next picture in because I can't believe how much they've all changed. Why does all the most fun stuff have to go so fast and the junk take forever :(
Her birthday last year
A few things about Gracie that I want to remember when she's older.
She really loves her siblings.
CJ and her are best friends and sparring partners
Allie loves to mother Gracie and they really get along great
She loves all the babies in her life, especially her cousins.
She has a style all her own.
She especially loves...
Swimsuits of all kinds
Her Pink cowboy boots
Stripes and polka dots together
She can still wear her totally cute 2T green peacoat
She is our wild child and earned the nickname "Rampage" last year from her cousins.
She still loves her "blankie" both the store bought one with winnie the pooh (which is now falling apart) and her new one that her grandma made her last year.
She is our total "nature" girl...this girl loves dirt and rocks and sticks and sand...and animals... note the butterfly on her shoulder :)
She started Joy school this year and loves it
She loves crafts and making things
Especially playing with Playdoh
She loves horses....maybe she'll be a veterinarian or...
A plumber :)
Some other tidbits from the last year.
She started ballet
She is as tough as nails, but has the biggest heart of all
I'm so glad she grows slow because I couldn't take it if she grew up too quickly
She is still figuring how to say the sounds of K, S, C, and a few others on a consistent basis - For example, CJ is GJ, or Cookie is Tookie.
THE PARTY!
This year's birthday was special because my parents and my brother and his family were here to celebrate.
She requested a Pink Horse cake...ummm...ok....she thought it was awesome!
She obviously loves her present from Allie
Our new baby niece Ellie was also here for the party...soooooo cute!
She is thinking really hard about her wish :)
